-Lol Luke's landlord is one of those guys who cares more about his stupid dog than anything else. His priorities are pretty much 1) dog, 2) collecting rent, 3) dog. He lets it just run around wherever it wants and then wonders why he has to charge such a low rent. 'Cause of the dog.

-Okay, umm...I wanted to redo the first panel but I just decided to fix little bits and pieces. Ugh. I still don't like it >{
-Does anyone speak Spanish fluently? Or, like...Good? I don't, so I apologize if I botched it. :P Babelfish is all I've got. But basically Derek is telling Tweety there is NO WAY.
-Patrick...lol. Whenever I write dialogue or do the speech bubbles and whatnot, I always try to hear what the characters sound like, what with accents and such. Patrick's got a really horrible New England accent because he's originally from New Hampshire, so whenever I hear him talk in my head (I AM NOT CRAZY.) he just ends up sounding like Peter Griffin. But he isn't supposed to sound like him XD
-Poor Tweety has no idea how to go about experimenting. At all. He isn't much better with girls. He always ends up dating really girly girls but they break up with him pretty quickly because he's ALMOST as girly as they are. Also he doesn't like having to initiate things. He does not like doing any kind of work, even if it'll get him laid.
-Yeah uh...Hmm. I don't know. I guess that's all. I think I have an idea for the contest's theme and stuff, so all I need to do now is decide when to start it and whatnot. :D

Oooooooh, a week from today I will have ComicWorks and a tablet. YAY. I have about seven billion more ideas for webcomics. :X BUT THEY WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH JENNY HANIVER! Not on your life

-So I think I've decided to have some sort of contest for #100. I'll have more info when I actually, like, figure out what it'll be all about. :P
-You know what? I really like every panel today. o.o
-It's Electric gives good employee discounts, but they have a really awful selection. Looooot of Kelly Clarkson.
-I have that Mars Volta poster. It's HUGE.
-Derek is awfully snakelike, come to think of it. Little snakebite piercings that look like fangs, green streak, and he's all tall and lanky. Not to mention the wonky vision. Hee.
-Shoujo-y backgrounds make me giggle. And they're fun to make.
-TOTALLY RANDOM BIT OF TRIVIA: This page is a perfect square. I think it's 800x800. It weirded me out for some reason XD
-I put up one new picture in the art gallery. Yay.

Ooh, next week is goooood. There's a lot of Spanish and it ends with some HarrisonxJordan fluff. Aww.

-Alriiiiiiiight, Derek. I really like him. :( I know I said he wasn't going to have any appearances until February, but that was before I redid this month. This way, I got to throw him in. Well...That's not the right way to word it. He does have a purpose.
-Luke, for once in his life, isn't making Derek work the closing shift. He usually does, which is why Derek pretty much hates Luke.
-Little story about Derek? He's blind in his left eye. It's kind of messed up, too, so it's really lazy and wanders around and he's really embarrassed about it. That's why he covers it up with his hair. He's been doing it since he was like eight. His right eye's fine, though. He doesn't have his driver's license yet. His mom dropped him off.
-God, those uniforms still crack me up.
-Poor Patrick has to do all the work. Although Tweety will argue to the ends of the earth that he has done more than his share when he went through the laborious task of bringing his bass and his amp and all his wires ALL THE WAY DOWN from their dorm room into Patrick's car. Oh god, the horror, all the effort you had to put in, Princess Tweety. Now he's exerting all kinds of energy trying to max out his Feebas' beauty level so it'll evolve into a Milotic. YEAH. I PLAY POKEMON. WHAT
-The band Tweety and Derek were in together was a really terrible screamo/hardcore band along the lines of Atreyu and such. I haven't made up a name for them, actually. Probably has something to do with "Autumn," though.
-Yeah, so, in other news, I'm almost at #100. I already have a little something special planned, but I want to do something BIG. I don't know what. GOD. I wish I had enough people to do a contest or something. I don't know. If anyone has any ideas, tell me! Anything you'd like to see or whatever, anything. :3

I need to sell my textbooks. I am BROOOOOOOOKE.

-Please disregard the lack of cars in the parking lot in the first panel XD. Greg is supposed to be swinging his keys around, I don't know how visible that is to you guys.
-Yoshi will take any opportunity to blurt out his undying affections for Greg in the hopes that anyone listening might volunteer to persuade Greg over to that side of the fence. Oh Yoshi, when will you learn.
-Harrison has the second biggest speech bubble ever. The #1 biggest isn't going up until March. :(
-That's a weird angle in the last panel. o_O
-Boy, Greg is like a white Harrison with more tattoos and less flannel. HA. Probably why they're gonna end up buds. :D
-That Bright Eyes poster cracks me up for some reason.
-Uhhh...I officially am done with school for the semester, so I am happy. Yay.

-Yay, back to normal FINALLY.

-Harrison was born at 3:22, if anyone cares. His ascendant is in Taurus. :P I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, but internet birth chart generators were helpful. Sort of. I guess. Not really.
-Jordan is the worst Leo ever. But combine that with the Pisces thing and I guess that makes him a lionfish. Sweet.
-God I hate drawing couches XD Ugh they look so awful. Ew.
-Harrison really likes The Fall. Especially after his brain is broken.

-Yeah, so...Yeah. Here's the commentary. Finally. :P
-Yoshi's shirt is so stupid it cracks me up. But there isn't a shirt on the planet that makes more sense on him than that one
-Yeah, so, Jordan and Harrison have actually been going out about a month now (because time is irrelevant. Who cares about how the world works), but Harrison's only met the rest of the band like once. Yoshi isn't good with names, but he remembers when people fuck with him.
-Uh, unfortunately, though, Harrison wasn't one of the guys who had any part in the swirly incident. Yoshi just remembered what he looked like.
-There was a time, surprisingly, that Yoshi had school spirit. But then that happened and he started listening to Malice Mizer and met Greg and then he dropped out. Kind of a weird process, but it's Yoshi.
-Jordan didn't know Yoshi back then because he was a freshman. And I really want to draw freshman Jordan now. Aww.
-Yoshi does drag. FYI.
-Jordan isn't going to let Yoshi make Harrison pay for his birth chart. Even though that's the only way Yoshi makes any money. How you survive on $140 a month, I will never know, but that's why he lives with Faraji and Greg, who are actually "responsible adults" who have "jobs" so they can make "money" to pay the "rent" and buy "food" so they can "live."

Ew, I have exams next week. BUT THEN I'M DONE UNTIL JANUARY 7. YAY.

-You know what. I redid every comic for this month (except the 31st) in like 5 days last week. I didn't like the story I originally had, so here's the new stuff. Yay.
-Jenny Haniver isn't playing at the show. Just The Algol Paradox. They're opening for a band from Montana that's on tour but they're kind of irrelevant. :P
-Lol, Matt and Scott are in their uniforms. They changed before they came over because they thought they were running late, but when they got there the other band told them they were running REALLY late and they weren't going to be there for like another hour. That was about...15 minutes before this, it's like 6:45-ish. The show was supposed to start at 6:30, go figure.
-The mall is like 5 minutes away, so Harrison isn't going to be too late or anything.
-Oh, you can see Jordan's new tattoos now! Birdies. Yay.
-I really like Matt. He needs to be around more. Mostly because he's based on this guy I like. God, how high school of me
-I also really like those uniforms. XD
-Scott Rodriguez. You have no idea how gay works.

Ummm Thursday is completely ridiculous. Saturday is even more ridiculous. Mostly because Yoshi is involved and Yoshi is made of 50% ridiculous, 50% absurd, and 50% jerk. Yeah. That's right. 150% Yoshi.

-Putting this up early tonight because I feel like it. :3 I'm gonna update earlier from now on, I think.
-Lol. Harrison has a car rug. The boy likes to be prepared.
-Jordan really is just completely oblivious to when people like him. He doesn't have that thing where he's able to pick up on signals and it really has to be stated "HAY I LIKE YOU" for him to understand. He's stupid with people that way. There have been guys that liked him but he never got a clue and they gave up. Example? Yoshi totally wanted to have at him when they first met but he gave up when he realized how socially moronic Jordan was. Also he met Greg.
-Not to mention Harrison totally confused him for a while. You know how he is.
Harrison: "Something totally romantic!"
Jordan: "Zomg rly?"
Harrison: "Yeah! Something totally stupid and unrelated!"
-And what, you might ask, is the type of guy Jordan usually likes? Who listens to The Hives?
-Harrison really does like Jordan. A lot. He thinks he's awesome. And awesome is his favorite word. He says it more than "the."
-Oh yeah, take note just for future reference, this is like the end of October in Jenny Haniver-land. SO out of sync. Next week skips ahead to about...Later this month, I guess. :P
-I really like how the fifth panel came out. o.o
-Oh! Tomorrow is (conveniently) Harrison's birthday. He would be 21 if anyone aged correctly in the world of comics. :P
-There's one new bit of fun in the art gallery. Yay.

Ooh, the next few weeks are fun. You are about to begin the long ascent up Mt. Drama and there is no going back. Also I'm putting up a little present tomorrow. :3

-Okay, before any real commentary, I want to say thanks to rubia_flame for the millionth time for the lovely fanart! It is made of gold and win and it is in the art gallery. :3 <3
-Yeah, I can't draw any kind of automobile, vans included. That's pretty lame considering at any given time there's at least one in the driveway which I can see RIGHT OUT MY WINDOW. XD
-They're back in the school parking lot. Uh...yeah.
-I don't like the last panel, ick. I would have redrawn it but I'm currently drowning in things I need to do. >P I've got about 7 papers I need to write and a Spanish exam I need to study for but the good news is I finished redoing all of next month. That's where my priorities are XD
-For the record, I'd like to point out the, um, logistics of the size difference with these guys. Jordan is tinyyyy. He's about 5'6"-ish and weighs about 114 lbs., he's little. Harrison's like 6'4". Heee.
-I should've called this one "Slick 2: The Slick Strikes Back"

-Kalle is a slut. TOTALLY. Harrison knew the kid was cheating on him but he had to see it to break it off. And there you have it.
-Yeah, aside from awful relationships, Harrison is also BAD AT SCHOOL. He had like a 2.1 GPA anyway, and all 2.1 of it came from his photography classes. But that's what he gets for writing his History final on how "Alexander the Great was a badass but that movie sucked"
-Who doesn't like robots.

-God I can't draw buildings XD
-They took Harrison's van. He's gonna take Jordan back to the school when they're done. Also, for future reference, I can't draw vans either. AND MY DAD HAS TWO OF THEM.
-I'm not sure how to pronounce "Yggdrasil" either. And I had to write about it for a Mythology paper. :P The tattoos Jordan just got are birds flying all around, they're supposed to be coming out of the tree.
-Jordan has some cousins who actually live in Sweden. His mom's family is Swedish-American and her brother Dennis moved to Sweden for college, and he just stayed there and got married and whatnot. Next month was supposed to revolve around them coming to visit but it was kind of irrelevant and I wanted some more character development so I'm going to redo the whole month. Either way, I'm putting up the original December comics in the art gallery probably later next month. :)
-Harrison IS everything. His dad is Mexican and Korean and his mom is black, German, and Israeli. His parents are nuts. His grandpa lives with them and he's nuts too but only because he's unbelievably senile and barely speaks English. They're just a big slice of crazy.
-If Harrison were to ever get a tattoo, it would probably be a big portrait of Chewbacca or something incredibly stupid like that.

Jeez, this was the longest commentary ever. I'm overcompensating for the lame one on Tuesday and the one I'll have to do early on Saturday. :P

-Ugh, what a weird month this has been/will be.
-Luke has a problem with information. He needs to learn how to end what he's saying about two sentences early.
-"Lakshmana" was hard for the other little kids in school to say, so he just ended up giving himself a name that was easier for their little Caucasoid ears. His brother and sisters did it, too. But yeah, he's been Luke since he was about 6.
-Vegans! They have that in common. Kind of. Completely different reasons, though. Luke was raised that way and Jordan is into animal rights. But still, vegans!
-He only likes rap from the mid-90's, particularly Snoop and Biggie. :P
-LUKE IS A PIMP. Look at that ring.
-Read "alphabetizing these" as "fantasizing about teh sex0r even though I am nowhere near ready to do anything like that in real life"
-I think I know what I'm gonna do for you guys on Monday. :D I wish I had enough fans to warrant a contest, but...Not yet. :(

Next week is good stuff. There are vegan burritos. I'm just sad it falls over Thanksgiving, nobody's gonna be here. I could've timed it better. :P oh well

-Luke is stupid sometimes. He has plenty of "book smarts" but "people smarts" are something he never really learned. He could have learned them, but people were mean to him back in the day, and he's...Surprisingly sensitive. :( But that is both literally and figuratively another story for another day.
-Jordan has such a crush on Harrison right now oh my god. It's definitely a good thing he isn't working the register because he'd probably slip up BAAAAD talking to a customer, "Your total is $42.58, is that gonna be credit or penis OH GOD I MEAN DEBIT OH GOD FIRE ME NOW"
-ANYWAYYYYY...It turns out I'm going out of town this weekend (leaving tomorrow night) and I will have no internet access. Now, in theory I COULD set it up for Saturday's comic to go up on, uh, Saturday, but I like it too much to miss it, so I'm gonna upload it tomorrow afternoon. And since I wouldn't feel right making you wait three days for another update, I'll make you a little treat on Monday. Probably a side-comic or some more fun stuff in the art gallery. :D

-OH MY. I have entered the realm of donator status. I don't have to deal with converting my glorious PNGs to nasty JPGs anymore and I couldn't be happier. It is a thing of beauty what ten dollars can do.
-ALSO ANIME ACE SPEECH BUBBLES. Pardon my excessive caps-lock but I am excited tonight.
-So, anyway, uh...Commentary that's relevant to today's comic. I want more Morrigan, but she isn't going to have another appearance until February. But her hair will be longer! oh my
-Keep in mind, Morrigan still has no idea that Luke and Jordan went out. Not a clue. Ditto for Derek even though he isn't there. :( I want more of him, too, come to think of it.
-Del Taco rules.
-Luke actually had Morrigan go on a break earlier. He just needed some way to get her away. She's having a good day.
-Oh Luke. You wish Jordan loved you.
-This marks the beginning of a slow descent into Luke becoming less creepy (I hope) and more pathetic. I don't want him to be creepy, he's not supposed to be XD He's just really tall and socially moronic and likes little guys with piercings. Oh, and he won't show up again until the beginning of January, but after that, he's gonna have new hair. ooh sexey

-Hoo boy, this page. I must have redrawn this one about seven times before I just gave up and used the "best" parts of what I had and pieced it together, which is why there are no backgrounds to speak of. I redrew the first panel yesterday because I revisited it and decided it was too ugly to go up. Ugh. So there you go. It still looks like total garbage, but whatever, after next Tuesday, the comics are going to look a million times prettier than ever from then on.
-Hee, Harrison looks like he's grabbing some of Jordan's non-existant ass in the first panel XD He's not though
-...Although it would make sense considering the rest of the comic
-Jordan's hair is all out-of-sorts from playing.

Tomorrow is slightly less hideous. :P

-75!
-They be playin a musics. I didn't do Taylor's Rickenbacker enough justice. :(
-I just remembered this was pieced together from like four drawings. Good god. This whole week was such an incredible bitch to draw and color. It took me like four weeks to do five pages. The next two have been fixed up a bit but they still don't look that great. Hopefully what's going on saves them from being too horrendous.
-Reese has about a million instruments over on his...fraction of the place. He's got chimes that you can kind of see, and conga drums and he's got a flute over there (he played the flute in high school band). That's a melodica around his shoulder, not a keyboard.
-Drummer faces, huh?
-Art gallery is up! Not much is in there yet, but more will come. :)

Don't forget to check out last night's comic. And there's one tomorrow! This week is special. :D

-Ha, I wanted to mention that when they play, The Algol Paradox wears school boy uniforms. It started as a joke because they all went to private school (not that they wore uniforms there), and then it kind of stuck. I wish I had a picture. BUT THERE WILL BE ONE. I PROMISE.
-Uh, Scott plays the guitar, Patrick plays the drums, and Tweety plays the bass. Matt plays the other guitar and sings. They're all up on the cast page. :D
-Yeah, Tweety's got a messed-up family. His mom married one of her family's housekeepers (essentially the pool boy) and she had Tweety when she was 19. The bet was pretty much "You lose at poker, we get to pick the name of the thing currently growing inside you." His middle name is Astroboy. Tweety Astroboy Jaramillo. He got used to it, at least. It's why he didn't change it. :)
-Tomorrow is only one panel and there's no dialogue, but it'll make sense when you see it. PLUS the art gallery goes up because tomorrow is #75! holy

I need to redraw some panels for Friday and Saturday's comics. :( They look like garbage
